Tim Sales Professional Inviting formula applies to almost every type of business there is. Being a good communicator is just part of it (Tim also has a course called Brilliant Communicator) but the “sequence” he outlines in his Professional Inviting formula have been proven to be effective in all types of businesses. Working with Tim Sales and embracing his Professional Inviting formula has really changed my approach to Network Marketing and I am always learning more as time progresses. You learn to listen better! If you do not like having awkward uncomfortable conversations with prospects (aka rejection) then becoming a Professional Inviter can be just what you need.
Being successful at Network Marketing takes time and there is much to learn. In almost every job people start with a successful company there is a training period and Network Marketing is no different. If you want to earn as much as a brain surgeon, doesn’t it make sense you need the proper training (would you want a brain surgeon with little training operating on you?). Since I started with our current company Tim Sales has provided us a training system that all my associates on my team can use. Tim is our upline and a great mentor…we all have a lot to learn from him.
Tim Sales Professional Inviting Formula
Tim was in the Navy and like most of us in the beginning of his Network Marketing career he struggled terribly. However, he did not give up and persevered to become the most successful Network Marketer in the industry earning over $25 million a year. It wasn’t easy of course but defusing bombs underwater was not easy either (he was in the bomb squad) and he made the decision to be successful whatever it took. His no-nonsense attitude (being poor is a good motivator too) and focus helped him correct his mistakes by observing what worked and what did not. He learned from his mistakes and mapped it out for the rest of us to learn from – that is how the Professional Inviting Formula was born. Tim Sales training programs have helped millions of people be successful – training matters.
Tim Sales 10 Communication Qualities
One of the first things I noticed when speaking with Tim is that he is totally present and undistracted – he is an incredible listener (something we husbands can benefit from, eh?). You would think you were the only person on earth when he talks to you. Do you think this talent would help you in your business? Knowing the needs, wants and don’t wants of your prospect and not wanting to sell them something but rather listen intently to see if you can help them is the key. Look at the 10 Communication Qualitiesand see if you agree.

Does Training Really Make The Difference between Success and Failure?
When I was building my professional photography business in Omaha, NE training my staff of up to 27 people at my peak was very important to me. The consistence of what people said, what people did was a direct result of our success. Clients were happy and they referred others and returned year after year for additional services.
Your Network marketing Business is no different. Without the proper training your chances of being successful are very low, in fact, you will probably get beat up by rejection and quit because of how uncomfortable that feels (rejection = not fun). That is a sad thought because with the right training you might become one of the most successful people in our industry. Trust me when I say this is one of the most rewarding businesses on the planet – the more people you help the more successful you are. Why would you want to miss out on that type of opportunity?
